# deleteHostedQuickstart

`DELETE /apis/cra.diagrid.io/v1beta1/projects/{ProjectId}/hosted-quickstarts/{HostedQuickstartId}`

End the caller's own session and release the organization's lock. The owner only — checked against `x-diagrid-user-email`. An admin ending someone else's session uses `:cancel`.

The App ID or Agent created during the journey is kept unless `deleteResources` asks for it.

## Request

### Path parameters

| Name | Type | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `ProjectId` | string | Yes | Unique identifier of the project. |
| `HostedQuickstartId` | string | Yes | Name of the hosted quickstart. |

### Query parameters

| Name | Type | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `deleteResources` | boolean | No | When true, ending the session also deletes the App ID or Agent it created during the journey. Absent or false keeps them in the project, where they go on working after the session is gone. Everything else the session owns — its runner, credential and service account — is removed either way. Default: `false`. |

## Responses

### 202 — Accepted; the session moves to Deleting.

### 403 — Not the session's owner.
