# diagrid notification route update

Update a notification route

### Description

Update a notification route.

Giving --filter or --destination replaces that whole list; giving --type
replaces the type. A flag that is not given leaves that part unchanged. Nothing
can be cleared here: an empty value reads as a flag that was not given, so
recreate the route to widen it.

diagrid notification route update <name> [flags]
```

### Examples

```

  # Replace the destination list with a single destination
  diagrid notification route update order-failures --destination oncall-webhook

  # Replace the filter, keeping the type and the destinations
  diagrid notification route update order-failures \
    --filter status=failed --filter appid=orders

```

### Options

```
  -p, --project string            Name of existing project
      --type string               Replacement alert type name (e.g. ALERT_TYPE_WORKFLOW)
      --filter stringArray        Replacement label matchers as key<op>value; repeat to AND several
      --destination stringArray   Replacement destination names; repeat for several
  -h, --help                      help for update
```
