Turn the Diagrid assistant off for every member of your organization

### Description

Turn the Diagrid assistant off for every member of your organization.

Only an organization admin can change this. It does not change the data-sharing
level or MCP access. Turning the assistant back on cannot override Diagrid
turning it off or a plan that does not include it.
