Show or change how much of your data AI tools can read

### Description

Data shared with AI: Controls how much of your Catalyst data the Diagrid assistant and connected MCP clients, such as Claude Code, can read.

This is the most any AI tool can read in your organization. It applies to the Diagrid assistant and to every MCP client your users connect. When connecting an MCP client, a user can choose a lower level, never a higher one.
