Show App details

### Description

Show details for an App in a project.

```
diagrid app get <app> [flags]
```

### Examples

```

  # Get details for a specific App
  diagrid app get my-app --project my-project

  # Also list the components and subscriptions the App can use
  diagrid app get my-app --project my-project --all

  # Include whether the App is taking traffic
  diagrid app get my-app --project my-project --include-activity

```

### Options

```
  -p, --project string     Name of existing project
  -a, --all                Also list the components and subscriptions the App can use
  -o, --output string      Output format, supported [table, yaml, json] (default "table")
      --include-activity   Include whether the App served or sent any request in the last 5 minutes
  -h, --help               help for get
```
