Start an interactive AI chat session for managing Catalyst resources.

The assistant can list projects, manage AppIDs, query workflows, check execution results, and help you build and deploy AI agents.

Requires an LLM API key (ANTHROPIC_API_KEY or OPENAI_API_KEY). Authenticates automatically — runs login if needed.
