Get a ResourceTemplate
GET/apis/cra.diagrid.io/v1beta1/resourcetemplates/:templateName
Retrieve a ResourceTemplate by name. If your organization has its own template with that name it is returned; otherwise the Diagrid-managed (built-in) template is returned.
