Rotate an app's API token
POST/apis/cra.diagrid.io/v1beta1/projects/:ProjectId/apps/:AppId/apitoken
Issue a new API token for an app; the current token stops working once the new one is issued. Read the new token from the app's status, or from status.appIds with include=appids.
