Rotate an MCP server's API token
POST/apis/dapr.diagrid.io/v1beta1/projects/:ProjectId/mcpservers/:ProjectSubresourceId/apitoken
Issue a new API token for an MCP server; the current token stops working once the new one is issued. Read the new token from status.appIds with include=appids.
