Subscribe the organization to Cloud Plus. The first month is charged to the organization's default card straight away, and the plan renews monthly on its own invoice, separate from any dedicated regions.
Subscribing while a cancellation is scheduled withdraws the cancellation, with no new charge. Subscribing while already subscribed changes nothing. Both return the current subscription.

Cloud Plus is not available to the organization.
The organization has no default card, or the card was declined. The organization is not subscribed.
Cloud Plus cannot be bought this way for the organization: its default payment method is a cloud marketplace, or its plan is managed by Diagrid.
