Print an example tokenbudget resource.

The example is a valid, minimal tokenbudget you can edit and apply with "diagrid apply -f <file>". It is read from the spec embedded in the CLI, so no project or login is needed. Use "diagrid tokenbudget schema" for the full field reference.
